Services

Aid in the creation of a tangible representation of a person's life experiences, lessons, or narrative of how they’d like to be remembered.
Often conducted over a series of conversations, or dignity therapy sessions – these creative endeavors offer a therapeutic way for people to find closure, while preserving their unique presence for the benefit of their loved ones, and the generations to follow.
These can take many different shapes, from heirloom albums, to short stories, video recordings, to something completely unique and one-of-a-kind.

We walk alongside each individual as they navigate this transition, and hold space for the full spectrum of emotions and experiences.
From completing advanced healthcare directives, to choosing the right care facility, or discussing DNR orders, to picking a healthcare power of attorney, a plan relieves family members from wondering if they “did the right thing” on your behalf, and provides a health care team with information on your preferences & wishes.
And a well-organized estate is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can leave your family, and can bring peace of mind and closure for all.

Grieving is a journey that is unique to each individual, and there is no right or wrong way to navigate it. Through compassionate support and invaluable resources, Doulas offer comfort and respite to those who are grieving, while encouraging reconciliation and healthy mourning practices.
Following a death, a doula may also provide reprieve through ongoing logistical support, including closing social media and bank accounts, transferring vehicle titles, managing correspondence, organizing and cleaning the belongings of the deceased, and addressing any other remaining tasks that may weigh on those grieving.

Many consider their pets members of the family. And when a beloved dog, cat, horse, or other companion animal is nearing end-of-life, it can easily become overwhelming when balancing the uncertainty, the stress of decision-making, and the demands of caregiving.
An End-of-Life Doula specializing in companion animals can help clients feel well-informed, empowered, and uplifted as we work together to ensure your pet’s utmost comfort and happiness as they transition.
Doulas also provide insight into ways of honoring and memorializing the bonds between clients and their beloved companions.
